    This Adir Office through the wall drop box is new but has some damage. It has some cracking on the drop shoot as seen in photos 5, 6, 8 and 10. The shoot also has a bend on the outer trim piece seen in photo 6. The box is still structurally in nice shape given the damage. Please be aware of the issues before purchase.
