You are looking at a gently handled 20" tall plush doll of
RAGGEDY ANN
This vintage doll (guessing that it is vintage) is in very good overall condition; just with no tags found on body.  She is wearing a pink dress with small white felt flowers, a white apron over the dress and white bloomers underneath, the elastic on which are stretched out.  She has pink and white horizontal striped stocking feet and purple feet, red yarn hair, and embroidered facial features (red triangle nose, blue round eyes, red rectangle mouth with black edges, blue jagged lines under her eyes and black eyebrows.
Great vintage collectible doll.
