  • Condition: The body and suit are skillfully sewn and stuffed, but the embroidered face looks primitive, perhaps sewn by a girl. It just makes him so charming and unique. His nose is a little crooked and his eyelashes are uneven. He has small shoe-button eyes. Fine red 3-ply wool yarn hair, a little thin in places. He doesn't have the I Love You heart, but he was made with the earliest McCall's Raggedy Ann pattern. His face and hands and shoes are a bit dirty. He is very lightweight because he is stuffed with Kapoc, which many of the older dolls were stuffed with. He has been well cared for and has been in a Raggedy Ann collection for about 35 years. He has no odors or perfumes, and I think he has always been in a non-smoking home.
