The front & back feature production photos, author credits, musical numbers list, critics' quotes, opening date and theatre credit
.  The inside contains production photos.  The cast includes Tom Lewis.  Music, lyrics and book by George M. Cohan.  Produced by George M. Cohan and Sam H. Harris.
Heralds
are advertising flyers that are placed at theatres and sometimes included in Playbills and programs.  Sizes vary but most of the older ones are 6 x 9 1/2 inches.  Brochure style heralds can be one sheet or multi folds and measure about 3 3/4 x 8 1/2 inches.

Condition is very good with minor wear including small scuffs on the back page.
CONDITION:
I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality:  Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.  Good means just that:  desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade.  Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders.  Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear.  All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition.
