SB1352 5" 3 Jaw Chuck D1-3
Absolute top quality chucks made for high precision work.
The D1-3 South Bend SB1352 5" 3-Jaw Chucks are amongst the best available on the market.
High-precision cast-iron 3-Jaw scroll chucks with two-piece jaws and direct mount backs with a D1-3 camlock mount.
Direct-mount chucks require less initial setup time because the machinist is not required to machine a back plate to fit the chuck.
The main benefit of a direct-mount chuck is a larger maximum working area between the chuck jaws and tailstock because there is no back plate.
Made with tight tolerances to satisfy the most demanding machinists out there!
The instruction sheet was written by our U.S. based Technical Documentation Department and is packed with useful information.
Like all South Bend products, it comes with a 2-year warranty which covers parts and assures the unit is free from factory defects.
The South Bend Customer Service and Technical Support Teams are U.S. based. Parts and accessories for the chuck are available on-line and shipped from the South Bend parts warehouse in Springfield, MO.
