Advertisement is not on newspaper paper but on glossy magazine paper, coated and has shine to it
Very colorful...as if a famous artist did it...might have the artist credit on it but so much to see, I just don't notice one...so will just say there is none, no artist name or credit, please see pics above.

Beautiful dark coloring, dark print, no writing, no address labels
But downgrading condition for collector purposes, as acceptable condition, some creasing, edge tear, glue mark or other I didn't see while combing and inspecting it inside out for which I am sorry if there are any so downgrading to acceptable for those reasons...
Front Cover (not the back cover) outer edge has about a 1/2 cut (I think when they delivered the newspapers (with this wrap around advertisement around the actual newspaper of the day (nothing on this parade in newspaper)
they bundle the newspapers and the tie string cut thru or it was from turning the page and it tore...either way see pics basically pic 8 (front cover right side towards top) and pic 9 (.the inner front cover)
The actual front cover of the newspaper had a flyer from Dell computer advertisement (which was actually supposed to be glued to the actual newspaper (as other copies I had were) not the Macy's informative flyer...) and had some glue on it attached to the inner cover near bottom of the inside Macy's advertisement, see pics
I tried to carefully take off and just has a glue stain/residue and some coloring in spot off, (nothing was glued to back cover) see pics basically 3 (before) and pic 4 (after glue...)
amNEWYORK is a daily newspaper here in New York City and printed on regular newspaper paper, not treated or shiny paper...I think they rushed these out
and being the promo wrap around cover is a coated paper with shine and many many dark colors to it I think it was too hot for the press and it made
some creasing to the paper, not creases like an ironed or un-ironed shirt for that matter, more of all piled on top of eachother/storing? (or possibly they had the newspaper in them and the newspaper was taken out and the wrap around promotional cover was handed out without the newspaper?) please see pics above...but still doesn't effect the colors, no color distorting, dark print
