    This is a used CNC Power Chuck Lathe Chuck in GREAT condition. Had purchased this piece from a large shop that had a bunch of kitagawa chucks. This one wasn't used much at all, and sat on a shelf. That's where most of the discoloration comes from. So you're getting a low use piece here in this chuck.
